All quotes are subject to change and availability until deposit is made. Promotions and amenities may vary and can be discontinued without notice. Price and availability are never guaranteed until booked. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees. Andrews Travel cannot guarantee fulfillment of special arrangements or requests, such as adjoining rooms, special bed configurations, or nonsmoking room.
Andrews Travel is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes/fees, or supplier-imposed increases. We cannot control the market price of any travel components and cannot be expected to meet unreasonable budgetary restrictions set forth by the traveler(s). Andrews Travel will make every effort to quote travelers with the best available price provided by our dedicated suppliers. Our chief objective is to supply the travelers with the most luxurious experience afforded by the travelers’ budget and desires. Andrews Travel is not a wholesaler or bargain hunter and makes no claim to having access to the lowest available price on any given component. Our business model is to provide value to our clients in the way of accommodations, services, amenities, and reliability.
All travelers must Insure that names, dates of birth, dates of travel, accommodations, etc. are correct since any voluntary changes after deposit has been made, will incur significant financial penalties or possible rebooking and will be the responsibility of the client/traveler(s).
All VISA, PASSPORT, and IMMUNIZATION requirements are the responsibility of the client/traveler. We recommend that your passport book be valid for six months beyond your intended return date. Andrews Travel is not responsible for failure to present proper documentation which could result in denied entry and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are responsible for complying with the health requirements of the countries you intend to visit. Check with your physician regarding any immunizations that may be recommended or required. Also, each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses – if you have a current or past offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. Travelers with DWI or DUI records should check whether current rules exclude admission to foreign destinations. These requirements remain the responsibility of the client/traveler.
Airline tickets are nonrefundable unless otherwise noted. Tickets are valid on flights and dates shown on the ticket. If applicable, changes must be requested prior to original departure date & time. Changes may result in a higher fare and are also subject to a change penalty. Routing changes are not permitted. Unused tickets may not be used for future travel credit. Failure to travel on any portion of your itinerary will result in cancellation of all remaining flights. If you do not show up for your flight and do not cancel it ahead of time, you will lose the value of your ticket. Andrews Travel is not responsible for seat assignments changes caused by the airlines’ implemented schedule changes.
It is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights.* It is the traveler’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times at least 24-72 hours prior to scheduled flights. Andrews Travel will not assume responsibility for any air or schedule changes. Certain countries require departure taxes that require payment in cash.
*Recommended check-in times are subject to change without notification. It is the traveler’s responsibility to remain abreast of changes in condition or airport rules that might require earlier arrival times. This information can be found when entering your confirmation number on the airline website.
If the client/traveler’s reservation is under deposit only, I/we understand and agree that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. I/we may cancel our reservation anytime until final payment, at a loss of deposit unless otherwise specified. Once paid in full, I/we agree that our reservation is 100% non-refundable, unless supplier terms provide more flexible conditions.
Andrews Travel has a $250.00 per person cancellation fee or 5% of the total trip cost (whichever is greater) once the deposit has been made. This is in addition to the supplier’s cancellation and change fees. Every supplier, airline, cruise line, resort etc. have its own cancellation and change policies. We strongly recommend you to be very familiar with all applicable terms and conditions.
By supplying your credit card, you agree to pay this fee using the card we have on file.
Planning/research fees are completely non-refundable after the quotes have been provided, regardless if you book a trip or not. The fee covers quotes for three (3) destinations and is good for 30 days after initial proposal.
I understand that Andrews Travel is neither the source nor supplier of the travel services I have requested and acts solely as an agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation and other companies providing accommodations, transportations, and/or other services. Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Andrews Travel. Andrews Travel shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to client or to those traveling with Client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancelation or change in intermarry or schedules. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information provided to me are actually responsible for providing the travel services that I have purchased. Andrews Travel has taken all reasonable care to ensure the quality of the suppliers utilized but cannot be liable for any dissatisfaction the client may have. Andrews Travel assumes no liability and shall be rendered faultless, in the event of any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay to persons or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, company or persons rendering any of the services included in the trip.
I consent to and request the use of these suppliers and agree not to hold Word Destinations responsible should any of these suppliers fail to provide the travel services I have purchased.
I acknowledge that Andrews Travel offers Travel Insurance but does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of the client/traveler’s itinerary. It is the client/traveler’s responsibility to read the policies and understand the insurance/protection coverage.
If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed or Andrews Travel is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract and Andrews Travel will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
I am signing this form on behalf of myself and all members of my family. By paying the planning fee and/or deposit, I have read and accept Andrews Travel Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and everyone in my party.
